Ok so I have a super crush on Katie McGarry!! It seems this woman can do no wrong! I love her! She writes characters who I relate to, can picture myself in their shoes or being friends with them and living out their nightmare right there with them, loving them through it all. I have loved Isaiah since book one. He had my heart and was hoping his story was with Beth, but so glad Rachel entered the picture. Their story was a fairytale. The rich girl falls for the poor foster kid no one wants. Isaiah and Rachel meet only because she decided on a whim she wanted to drag race to let off steam. She is a car lover and loves the feel of her baby. Something happens and she is found in a situation and doesn't know how to get out. Isaiah had warned her, but when it all went down hill he turned around to help get her out. Their bond between the two blossomed that night and he knew he was in deep, but didn't feel he was good enough for her.
Rachel had her own demons. She wanted Isaiah from the beginning and wasn't understanding their connection because she didn't have relationships - platonic or romantic - because her brothers were always "protecting" her. She had panic attacks from public speaking and the family drama. She didn't need protecting, but wanted to make her family happy above her own.

So Isaiah and Rachel had a debt they owed and had to find a way to pay it or they would be owned by someone on the streets. Definitely not a place anyone in their right mind wanted to be.
Do they pay the debt? Is their forbidden love accepted? Does Isaiah walk the the straight and narrow? Read it now!
Fabulous writing. I will read everything she puts out and will be salivating until the next book comes out!!

Most KA books are a 5 hands down, but recently it feels like something is missing. I liked Jacob decker and Emme's story, but I was able to put it down and be ok not coming back to it for a while. Usually, a book is a definite 5 stars if I can't put it down.
Emme was very likeable and a strong h. I absolutely loved Jacob. He was definitely more a conversationalist than the other alpha males and I loved that!! I loved how sure he was about their relationship! He definitely didn't dick around in that aspect.
I also loved the time gap. They knew each other before and had history.
I honestly don't know what was missing from the story. KA is absolutely brilliant, but maybe becoming predictable. Someone always gets kidnapped. Anyway, I will always read KA..and re read her. I love doing her re reads to find what I've missed the other times I read it.

I really liked Sam from the beginning, but the first 35% to me kept giving a play by play of her days...it was as if nothing was happening, then finally we get a small peak into what is really going on. Mason oh Mason! I honestly had no idea who the H was going to be...and then BAM! whoa chemistry!! Mason and Logan are two peas in a pod. They took to Sam because she was def different than other girls. She could care less about their popularity status unlike anyone else. Every person who ran into a Kade wanted something but not her. Her world is falling apart around her and the last thing on her mind is trying to gain something from the Kades. Sam hasn't had very good luck with friends in the past and was dealt a really shitty hand and especially a really shitty mother. The last half of the book was very drama filled and intense. I couldn't put it down. Ready for the next!!

The main characters are immature and were in the previous books, so you expect it, but I guess I wasn't in the mood or it was annoying bc it was every page. Anyway. Cute story though.

I cannot believe this!!! I LOVED this installment of Woods and Della's story but damn if I wasn't pissed at 85%! Woods is a possessive alpha male to the max, but at the beginning his possessive more sounded like obsessive. His constant "I can't breathe without her" was a little much, but definitely showed how much he cared for her. Woods parents and their way of handling their son annoyed me. The rich and privileged only caring how others perceived them is such a waste of a human - I hate that he grew up like that, but glad he found real love and was able to show her his love.
Della had a lot of demons to work through but was able to overcome them herself so she could be the woman she thought Woods needed.
Ready for Tripp's book!!!! Grant is def an interesting character, but Tripp sounds sooooo intriguing!!
So sad for Bethy and just still want to punch something! Def worth a read!

Need this now!!!!!!! Can't wait for the cover reveal!!
